Reprint License Documents

Customers can reprint active licenses and privileges.

The following rules apply to reprinted licenses or privileges:

• Expired licenses and privileges cannot be reprinted.
• Voided licenses and privileges cannot be reprinted.
• A refunded license cannot be reprinted.
• A customer who has revoked privileges cannot request reprints of licenses or privileges.
• Customers can reprint license documents on 8 inch by 11 inch paper.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to reprint a license or privilege:

1. On your customer homepage, click Purchase History.
2. On the Purchase History page, for the product you want to reprint; click Reprint in the Actions column. A PDF file is downloaded.
3. Click each PDF and verify that the information is correct.
4. Print each PDF.
5. On the Reprint Documents page, click Done.
